What training will I receive when I start?

Every new employee is given a full induction when they start, which includes moving and handling; first aid; adult protection; equality and diversity; basic food hygiene; infection control; health and safety; fire safety and principals of care. You will also work alongside an experienced member of staff, until you are ready to work on your own.
