Types of care:

Intermediate Care

Our residential units provide a rehabilitation service supported by physiotherapy, occupational therapy and other professionals. Our goal is to support service users to return to their own home. Home Care Enablement teams work for up to six weeks to help clients regain independence in their own home. The Home Care intake service sees community based staff work with individuals to regain independence in their home environment.

Mental Health

Our Residential and Day Care units provide an individual care package for each client. Some service users can portray challenging behaviour, which sometimes means that we need to put together an intensive care package, delivered by a team of professionals.

Physical Disabilties

Our Supported Independent Living (Extra Care) units have been specifically adapted so that younger adults with identified care needs can live within a community setting.
